How You Learn
In small groups, you use tools of analysis learnt on the
course and apply them to an actual organisation. You then
develop a strategic plan, present your recommendations and,
after six months, review the plan's success.
A variety of techniques are used to help you to learn: lectures,
seminars, videos and group activities. We believe that you
learn best if you enjoy what you are doing - so we make the
training hard work but fun!
