The Executive Development Programme is for existing and potential general and marketing managers.

Executives learn key skills of business analysis and how to develop strategic plans. The course enables delegates to practise these skills in real life situations.

How You Learn

In small groups, you use tools of analysis learnt on the course and apply them to an actual organisation. You then develop a strategic plan, present your recommendations and, after six months, review the plan's success.

A variety of techniques are used to help you to learn: lectures, seminars, videos and group activities. We believe that you learn best if you enjoy what you are doing - so we make the training hard work but fun!
